oh wells i decided to update this rather than the rest so i guess the rest wont be updated anymore. yes, not anymore! (:

anyway got back from OBS and the 18th july, wed was speech day.
WEDNESDAY
racial harmony celebrations cum community service day. my class was supposed to work with 05 to come out with something for about 150 kindergarden kids in LT1 so we did the decorations on monday and on tuesday, we put up the decos as well as wrap the presents/games! HAHA. then wed was the day! HAHA. reached school in class tee and it felt damn weird cos other students were either wearing polo or full uniform. -.-" then went to LT1 to finish touch-up. us and 05 got so bored that we played murderer/polar bear. HAHA. then the kids came in! DAMN CUTE. but when i said hi to one of them, that girl first didnt talk to me, but soon, she started rubbing her eyes till she cried. ): i am not scary i swear... then everyone started flowing in and TADA the thing started.
a few words to describe the whole event: boring, chaotic, fun.
boring cos it was really boring and the video cannot be heard at all. -.-" chaotic? IMAGINE A BUNCH OF MORE THAN 20 KIDS RUNNING TOWARDS THE STAGE. O.O fun? cos i helped one of the little girl get their prize. HAH. and i think our class had some fun (in one way or another)
anyway after the whole thing went back to class to put the decos that we wanted, before going down to canteen to eat, then to the grandstand to try and sleep. after failed attempts, me and liyana decided to go back to classroom to sleep. DAMN NICE can?! haha. so me and liyana slept from 1-2. (: she didnt wake me up at first cos she wanted to memorise her script and i sort of knew mine but i still woke up when i heard her walking around. (: all thanks to OBS now i am quite sensitive to noises. :D then me and her practised our speeches before heading down to LT3 and saw weizong there. went to toilet and when we got into the LT, i was shocked! haha. almost everyone was there! i was still thinking we were early. -.-" (stupid me!) then people started flowing in, we got our number queue (is it called like that?) then it started when the teachers came! i was number 3 so it was kind of OK! haha. the rest also. then Q&A. stood for 1 hour ok! (no wonder half way through i felt that my legs were kind of suan) screwed up for some qns but i guess there was one that someone/some people did have the same sentiments. (: that's good enough for me. then it was voting time! everyone voted and was released for a 20 min break! then after coming back, results were released. had a small meeting with the exco elects for a while to discuss some things before going home! did some guesses of who's going to get what post at home!

THURSDAY
handover! after school. HAHA. nothing much about school so shall talk about this. yes i got in. but that's not my main point. main thing is we bought cake! nice nice nice. i love that cake to bits and pieces. i like my new exco, those serving my term with me, or me serving their term with them. they are the greatest people on earth (even though jer called me AHMA) -.-" but oh wells. we made some things for our future convenience! (: then one by one we were called in. andrea was first and i was up next! :/ so we had to take a key and try to open a box that belongs to us, each containing a stuff that will hint us our post. so i got yoga's cap and the first thing i thought was since yoga was the treasurer, i got elected as the treasurer! but i was wrong, so i went on thinking about secretary. haha. i even thought about the House Activities Team cos it was a HAT. stupid right? i never thought that i would get my post and all. it was just so sudden! then one by one the rest also came in and had their turn of nervous-ness! :D (i am mean XD) oh wells. jer, tim and yingting were the ones that had to go almost 2 rounds! it was kind of funny cos like they could have gotten it if they tried harder! HAHA. i got like 5 correct for my guesses! pro right? haha. ok, kinda BYL. anyay after that was speeches, handover of duties, and eating time! nearly cried but i didnt. : received hugs from a lot of people. then it was a relatively short talk by mr ho. then home! went for dinner with family. NICE NICE NICE. but the fish not very nice. as in the skin. HAHA.

tada! that's about the 2 days that end my journey as an exco elect. (: but that's not exactly the end. it's another beginning.

anyway after all these i just want to thank all those who had so much confidence and faith in me in my new post. all the encouragements and the affirmation from you all were the sweetest thing i could ever have as support. i will not let you all down for sure.
for those who might think that i may not be up to standard (that includes myself -.-") be rest assured. i will do what i said in my speech and will not let you all down.
i'll do my best! and your support is really important to me! :D
