Review: July Black Box

HI THERE!

I know, it's been a gazillion years since I am back, but hey! I am back. HAHA okay enough of this shit cos I doubt anyone reads this blog. but anyway here I am again, to review (okay maybe not really review) Black Box once again! :D

So if you recall, I did a review on Black Box's April Edition here! I did mention that it was gonna come every 2 months, but nothing magical came to my house in June. PLEASE DO IMAGINE MY SADNESS. haha the cheapskate in me had this alarming fear that I did not complete the survey/the survey didn't get through/I was supposed to sign up again etc. I went back to the website and their blog for quite a few times but all the info that I got was that I didn't have to sign up again :/ it was only until I went to their Facebook page and saw that I wasn't the only kancheong spider around! haha apparently the beauty box is delayed for a month. LUCKILY ONLY DELAYED.

so anyway after a month of anxious waiting, my Black Box July Edition is finally here!

frankly speaking, I was more than just disappointed with this round of Black Box. I mean, the previous time it was really awesome but the amount of things that I was given this time round was much lesser. Let me show you why:

6) Lierac Mesolift - Vitamin Enriched Fondant Cream
7) 4 coupons

I know, I should not be complaining about the quantity, but should focus on quality, but I CANNOT D: the quantity's exactly half of before, and I guess the previous Black Box has raised the standard so high that, coupled with the delay, I had expectations for this edition :/

I have yet to try the products, but Super's coffee has never failed my taste buds since young! Though I don't deny it might lose the battle since I was given Nescafe in the previous Black Box and we all know how strong the aroma of Nescafe coffees are! :x But alright, being a coffee lover, this 3 sachets might just save Black Box July Edition! HAHA

In addition, I can't wait to lay my hands on the L'Oreal Paris Extraordinary Oil due to raving reviews from some of my friends, as well as online! My hair is growing longer by the day, and I don't really find myself the time to go down to the salon to have a haircut so there are quite a few days I am faced with bad hair day. And my solution? Tie up those long fringe and that's it.

IT IS SO HORRIBLE I KNOW, but as you all know, my life now revolves around Dancetitude, not really around myself :c

okay enough of rant! While I was upset about the products that came in, I must say this one really caught my attention cos it was so small! And you know what makes it better? This Purer Skin Miracle Serum is made from Bird's Nest, and it helps to rejuvenates my skin! This is perfect for me now, since my skin is so tired from late nights and lack of rest (I'm guilty of not resting enough)

Can't wait to try it together with the Lierac Mesolift - Vitamin Enriched Fondant Cream that promises to help boost skin's radiance!

All in all, I am disappointed in the quantity of the Black Box this time, but I guess the quality would make it up for it! I shall patiently wait for the next edition :D
